The Young Professional MBA is aimed at young academics with first work experience with the potential to take on – leadership roles within their companies. On 18 weekends a year (Friday and Saturday) as well as during phases of self-study, GISMA students are brought up to speed on the very latest management methods and problem-solving approaches for real-world challenges – with the added advantage of being able to immediately put their newly acquired knowledge to the test in their jobs.

The majority of lecturers are of international origin and also teach the full-time and executive MBA programs at GISMA Business School. The student body consists of participants with differing first degrees, work experience and varied industrial backgrounds. Students work individually but also in teams, e.g. on projects, assignments, and presentations. Graduates earn their MBA degree from Leibniz Universität Hannover and become life-long members of GISMA’s alumni network.
